The foundation of Tagore Public School was laid in 1981. Since then the school has made tremendous progress. Today it stands complete in itself. It has been recognized by the Directorate of Education, Delhi Administration, upto senior secondary level. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (Affiliation No. 2730225) since 1993.
