The establishment of the Child Education Society in 1944 was done with the purpose of preserving our rich culture and heritage and to pass on our legacy to the future generations. Considering that education plays a vital role in building a sane society, it was immensely crucial to foray into this field for the betterment of the nation and humanity at large. The late Lala Hansraj Gupta, a philanthropist and former Mayor of Delhi, the late Shri L.N. Birla, Shri K.K. Birla and Shri Charat Ram were instrumental in the founding of the Society. Their immense knowledge, experience and valuable guidance proved to be a sound grounding for the establishment. Today, the onus of steering forth this institution lies in the able hands of Shri K.K. Khullar, the President of the Society, and a Board of Management consisting of distinguished academicians and humanitarians. Their dedication and passion have been the force behind the expansion of the organisation from just one in 1984 to as many as fourteen schools and institutes today, with eight more to come up in the near future.
