Spring Meadows Public School

Very bad managment. I feel cheated. They are demanding me to pay June month but already withraw my child admission from this school and info the same to her class Teacher. Kindly check my mention below email which still did not receive any positive response. Dear Principal, Spring Meadows Public School Shisha Godam Rd, Bhagwati Garden, Nawada, Delhi, 110059 Subject :- Withdrawing from your school and refund of annual charges and development fees We are writing to inform you that our child, Riaana Suri, Class-Prep B  is withdrawing from your school (Spring Meadows Public School, Dwarka more ) due to mis-managment of your accounting staff and will not complete the current school year. She will instead be attending another school (Bachpan Play School, Mohan garden ) for the remainder of this school year. Please remove her name from your records. I also would like to share my experience with your school. I have transferred 2850 INR to your school bank account for May month fee as discussed with her class teacher Kamal ma'am and sent an email to springmeadowspublicschool@gmail.com for acknowledgement. Instead of acknowledgement I received  a whatsapp message from your school to pay the outstanding fee. Later I called her class teacher to verify the fee payment. She checked with the accounts team and informed me that you have not received any fee. I checked with my bank and got a letter with a successful payment transfer. Your accounts team kept informing me that payment was not received for 3 days. When I asked for your school bank statement to verify with my bank, they provided me the no. of Pranav from your account department. He acknowledged that payment was received the same day. I asked her class teacher to send me the updated monthly fee annexure which I have not received yet. I already informed her class teacher about not continuing our child study with your school but still no response. Please find the attached conversation with your staff. I feel cheated. I need my refund of annual charges and development fees. If I still do not receive any response within 7 day. I will file a complaint against your school to the Directorate Of Education at www.doepvt.delhi.gov.in and will send a legal notice to your school about mis-management.

The school have many types of activity to explore the bright feature of kids who are present there.I recommend this school to every parent.

Very Clean, Ventilated place, Good teachers , even the support staff attends always with a smile
