Navy Childern School

Navy Children School is a co-educational school for classes from Stds I to XII and is located in the Navy Nagar at Colaba. This school was commissioned on 14 November 1989 by Mrs. Krishna Jain, President, Naval Wives Welfare Association and follows CBSE curriculum. Founded in 1984, it is run by the Indian Navy as part of the chain of Navy Children School throughout India. Its main building is located within Navy Nagar, in the southernmost part of Mumbai. It was previously located in colaba, where the Naval Institute of Technology is now situated. It boasts of its marvellous success rate, and has won laurels in many sports, academics, and inter school activities. This school has recently added the new technology of smart boards. The children attending this school are mainly from the Naval Officers and Families Resedential Area (NOFRA) and Old and New Navy nagar.
