In any pre – school, with the trained staff, the centre heads also undergo rigorous training sessions so that they can groom up the “leaders of tomorrow” efficiently. All pre schools are under a proper hierarchy – teaching staff headed by centre heads headed by academic director and administrators headed by quality control supervisors. Child psychology sessions are also a part of training which gives an automatic indepth understanding of the pupil along with the way the teacher should undertake the teaching in class. All these are blended successfully in the environment so as to develop children intellectually, socially, emotionally & physically.
