                                                                                 ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Parents can obtain the prospectus along with registration and admission forms on payment of Rs.250/- in cash from the school reception.
2. Registration form should be legibly filled and submitted at the school reception.
3. Date of Personal Interview or Aptitude Assessment test will be intimated on submission of Registration form.
4. Please note registration does not guarantee admission.
5. Admission to Kindergarten classes is through Personal Interview and Observation. Both procedures would be conducted on the same day. Both parents, along with child, need to be present for the Personal Interview and Observation. Date and Timings for Personal Interview and Observation will be intimated when the prospectus and Form is procured.
6. Based on the performance in the Personal Interview / Aptitude Assessment Test of the prospective student, the student along with both the parents would have to attend a personal interview with the Principal.
7. After confirmation, admission fee to be filled in and signed by Parent.
8. Fee to be paid along with submission of admission form and all relevant documents.
9. Admission will solely depend on availability of seats.
10. Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit of the entrance examination from class III to the extent seats are available in each class. The school’s decision in this regard will be final.
11. The school has the authority to grant the seat to someone else in case of non-communication and non-receipt of fee and documents within stipulated time.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

• Four recent passport size color photographs of the child.
• Date of birth prof ( Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority)
• Copy of Caste Certificate if applicable ( issued by competent authority); original needs to be shown for verification.
• Copy of the report card of the last assessment of the current year.
• Transfer Certificate ( Duly Countersigned by concerned authority)
• Migration Certificate ( if applicable)
• Adhaar card of the child and parents.
