Kendriya Vidyalaya - KV MEG and Center

Established in the year 1964, KV MEG & Centre is situated between St Johns Road and K Kamaraj Road.The Vidyalaya has classes from I to XII with Science and commerce stream.The Vidyalaya has been contributing its yeoman services in promoting the spirit and ideals of education harnessed and guided by KVS for the different sections of the society The vidyalaya has a pupil Strength of 2452 and staff strength of 75 .The Vidyalaya provides a healthy and conducive environment to its children, to excel in both curricular and extracurricular activities .The Vidyalaya which has grown in stature and in its infrastructural facilities with a computer department of 180 PCs. Science Labs and library facilities , has been producing marvellous results in X and XII examinations qualitatively ,thus mirroring the very essence of teaching and learning process.Competently manoeuvred by the Principal ,an active support group of VMC and PTA and staff with unprecedented level of commitment, the school is marching ahead towards excellence
