A man's reproductive organs are the penis and testes (singular: testis). Sperm are made in the testes. They are manufactured in tiny tubes and are then stored in a long tube called the epididymis which is coiled on the surface of the testis. The sperm travels to the urethra inside the erect penis through two tubes called sperm ducts to pass to the woman body. Sperm look like microscopic tadpoles. Only one sperm can fertilise the egg. Each sperm has a head containing a nucleus, which fuses with the egg when fertilisation takes place. The tail stays outside.
